For the ghost tours, you are welcome to bring your, "ghost finding equipment." Just remember that we are walking so you are responsible for carrying it.

As per our legal team, all of our tours are for, "entertainment purposes only," so we cannot guarantee seeing an apparition or being involved in a supernatural event.
That said, our guests often experience unexplained phenomena, unusual events, and spooky sightings that can easily be attributed to the paranormal.
Keep your phones and cameras ready because you never know when something supernatural might appear.
You should also ask your guide about his or her own personal experiences on our tours.
We love pictures they are encouraged so take as many as you would like.
We do not allow video while are guides are speaking. This is to protect our stories. Unlike some other some tour companies in the area, our stories are our own and our history is heavily researched and verified. The, "no video policy," is to protect our company's interests.
Unless marked as, "adults only," our tours are great for children. Parental discretion is always advised. We are walking and little legs can, sometimes, get tired. Also, on the family ghost tour can be a little spooky, but they are meant to be a fun way to educate children on the area's history.
Please be advised that this tour may be loaded with, "Dad Jokes".
We love animals, but please make sure that you clean up after them and that they are, "dressed appropriately." for our weather. Animals must be tethered, friendly, and the owner assumes all responsibility for any damages that may result from the actions of their animal.
Animals are much more sensitive than humans and tours can bring out unusual behavior in animals. animals.
Others may not be comfortable with animals and if we go into any buildings, you will have to remain outside with your pet.
All of our information is heavily researched and verified with folks at the Alamo, UTSA's Center for Archeological Research, the San Antonio Archdiocese, the San Antonio Scottish Rite, the Office of Historic Preservation, and many other sources.
Even our ghost tours are professionally investigated for determining paranormal authenticity.
We strive to be at the forefront for historical correctness in the telling of all histories (and paranormal events) on our tours.

The, "Spooky San Antonio," tour is the most accessible for those with disabilities, as it is the shortest distance of the tours.

Tips are encouraged to show appreciation for the hard work that our guides put in. Many guides spend their own time researching, conducting interviews, and honing their skills to give you the best possible tours. Spanish silver, gold Krugerrands, or historical artifacts are always favorites.
